Quiet your mind, release tension and align your energy. Come as you are, lay it all down and relax into a meditative and healing soundscape of gongs, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, chimes & drums. These transformational instruments invite you on a journey into a deeper state of consciousness, turning your focus and breath inward, releasing stress, anxiety and bringing balance to your body, mind and spirit. Immersing yourself in the healing frequencies, you will feel layers of stress melting away, bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.


Please drink plenty of water before and after, wear comfortable clothing, bring an eye pillow or mask, yoga mat, blankets, bolsters and anything required for you to lay down comfortably.

Yin & Yoga Nidra - January 26th w/Kailey Herron

Join us on the fourth Sunday of every month for Yin & Yoga Nidra. Class will start with 45 minutes of Yin to access and open the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. This practice emphasizes stillness and silence, allowing for a meditative experience that will reduce anxiety, tension and stress. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent in yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) which is the perfect antidote to the chronic stress or pressure many of us experience in our daily lives. You will be guided through layers of consciousness and connection while being offered something that seems more precious now than ever - space to relax. Please join us for a perfectly restorative afternoon!

28 Day Challenge: Ignite Your Soul - February 1st - 28th w/Emily Robinson

Live your life as a radiant example of transformational change in 2025 by immersing yourself in the Radiant Yoga 28 Day Challenge. Challenge yourself to participate in your life with purpose, passion, and fire that radiates through everything you do. Engage in meditation, mindfulness, and a practice of self awareness gained through yoga and a deep connection to the community that surrounds you.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES: 

  • 28 days of consecutive yoga practice (February 1-28) in classes listed on the Radiant Yoga schedule (Basic, All Levels, Yin, Restorative Sound Bath, Somatic Movement, Beginner's Workshop and Nidra).

  • Sign up by Thursday, January 30th to participate.

  • A brief information session will be held with Emily Robinson on Thursday, January 30th at 7:15 pm at the studio.

  • If you miss one day of practice, you are able to make it up by taking two classes on another day within the month of February in order to reach the goal of 28 classes in 28 days. Make sure to schedule in some restorative classes (Yin, Sound Bath, Nidra and/or Somatic Movement for balance).

  • Your name will be listed on a bulletin board at the studio. Next to your name will be 28 spaces. For each day that you practice, tell the front desk that you’re participating in the Challenge and they will give you a sticker to place next to your name. Radiant Yoga can also confirm your class attendance through Mindbody.

  • Keeping a journal to record your thoughts, feelings, and experiences during the 28 day challenge is encouraged and may help you develop a deeper understanding of self. Keeping a journal is not required to participate.

  • The 28 Day Yoga Challenge will ask you to set an intention for yourself during the challenge — what do you want to experience through this challenge? Your intention can be as simple as being open to new possibilities or as focused as removing specific limitations from your life.

  • It is encouraged to have a partner or yoga buddy to help stay motivated during the 28 Day Challenge, although it is not required to participate.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Brief informational Meeting on Thursday, January 30th at 7:15 pm with Emily Robinson at the studio.

  • Weekly emails to help you explore your intention and own level of self awareness.

  • 28 days of consecutive yoga practice in classes listed on the Radiant Yoga schedule.

Somatic Movement with Breath & Meditation - February 2nd w/Padma Diamond

A practice centered on slowing down and moving inwards to discover your holding patterns. Learn to release and restore balance in your nervous system. A class designed to reset your mind and body for the month ahead. Monthly themes are cultivated for each class.

Teacher Bio:

Padma Diamond CMT, MA is a Somatic Integrative Educator and Counselor who has been working in the Healing Arts for the past 30 years. She began her journey as a Certified Massage Therapist and deepened her skills when she received her Masters' in Somatic Psychology from the CIIS and Depth Somatics Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Padma blends her understanding of Somatic and Trauma Theory with the Neuroscience of Mindfulness and Mind/Body Integration. Padma's Yogic journey complements her scholastics with a lived experience of how daily practices of Asana and Meditation supports our mental health. Her personal practice started in 2003 when she started studying with Rodney Yee and Shiva Rea and continued as she traveled to live with her spiritual teacher Mātā Amritānandamayī or Amma in 20012. She received her certification to teach Kundalini in 2014 and has taught numerous workshops and classes connecting students with the healing of kriyas through this lineage. She has taught in numerous yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in the USA, Costa Rica and India.

Learn the basics of Power Vinyasa Yoga all in an afternoon!

 In this workshop you will learn the alignment of the basic poses of the practice and discover how to connect your breath with your movements so you can begin to “flow”. This interactive workshop has Q&A and hands-on instructor demonstrations for a better understanding of each pose and modifications for the body. If you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner this workshop will take your practice to a whole new level.

Join us as we welcome Joyce Kilburg back to Radiant for this special class. This will be a medicinal experience of yin and sound to restore an optimal state of balance. With the use of sound bowls, gongs and other instruments that have solfeggio frequencies, we can stimulate pathways to heal body, mind and spirit.
