Yin Yoga & Essential Oils w/Emily Robinson – Sun, 8/2 @ 4:30 pm

Join us the first Sunday of every month for Yin and essential oils with Emily Robinson. Experience the aroma, touch and amazing benefits of doTerra Essential Oils while you are guided through a series of yin poses. Essential Oils can be used to support the systems in the body, for an overall healthier feeling mind, body, and spirit. Students will briefly learn what essential oils are, and how to use them safely. It is not required that you use oils in this class, but it is highly encouraged.
