Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30 pm
This class is a combination of power Vinyasa, Yin, and pranayama (breath work), perfect for teens ages 13 to 19. For those who want to know what yoga is all about, or expand their knowledge and practice of vinyasa flow-working on balance, strength, mindfulness, stretching, relaxation, and focus.
This class will not be heated and perfect for beginners.
A $5 minimum donation is required and proceeds go to the Humane Society of The United States.
