- 30 minute coaching call with Diana
- Twice weekly meditation on zoom or Sunday in person
- Twice weekly Breathless Yoga classes on zoom or Sunday in person
- Four 2.5 hour Sunday meetings for Strong Girls in person or virtually
- Learn and start a breath work and meditation practice
- Learn basic anatomy and begin a weekly yoga practice
- Learn the tools for inner strength and self esteem.
- Learn how to find your power within.
- You will leave this program transformed with a stronger body, mind and spirit.
FIRST SESSION: Ages 16-20
