Nourish: A Mother’s Day Weekend 1/2 Day Yoga Retreat

Nourish is back with Emily Robinson and Christina Sullivan! This half day yoga retreat is designed with a new twist and will focus on Nourishing and Creating Boundaries. We are specifically offering this Mother’s Day weekend because it’s the perfect gift to nurture yourself, a friend or your own mom.

This special afternoon together will include: guided meditation, yin yoga, discussion, writing session and a return to self. The workshop is a soft place to land to look at setting and perhaps resetting healthy boundaries so we may have balance in each day. Work, home, partnerships, leadership and parenting will be some of our topics. How to create boundaries with kindness to yourself and others, express needs without apology and clear communication.

Comfortable clothing, a journal and any props you may want are all you need to show up.
