Begin your New Year with a well-rounded yoga practice that will focus on grounding, strength, flexibility and breathing. This Ashtanga-influenced Vinyasa Flow class will feature traditional asana sequences and pranayama techniques to help open your body and balance your energy. Then we will move beyond the familiar postures to play with binds, arm balances and backbends which will challenge your beliefs about what you are capable of doing. Fear is the main obstacle to progress in yoga: when we hold on to lies and false preconceptions about ourselves, we stop growing. This class will invite you to confront what holds you back, embrace what is unfamiliar, and launch fearlessly into 2018 with a powerful new yoga practice!
