Hannah Zachney is a Licensed Therapist , Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Fanatic specializing in women’s issues. She focused on integrating brain science, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and body awareness. Hannah is trained in EMDR, CRM, Brainspotting, Gottman, EFT, DBT and ACT therapeutic techniques. She blends these tools with yoga and mindfulness to guide clients on a empowering mind, body, spirit connection.
