Holiday Sound Bath – December 8th!

Take a break from the busyness of the holiday season and take some time for YOU.

Sound is not just perceived by our ears but by every cell in the body. The powerful vibrations of the gong and the sweet sound of each note of the crystal bowls will meditate you, clear meridians, open chanels and chakras releasing the flow of Kundalini energy to ascend up the central channel from the root chakra, balancing and aligning your system.

As you allow blocked emotions to loosen in this process and gently release that which no longer serves you into the sound, you activate your inherent ability to heal and awaken. Let the sound do the work as you release stress, deeply relax and come into balance.

Please register in advance and come hydrated and comfortably dressed. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, small pillow for your head and light blanket to support your experience.

Sunday, December 8th 4:30 – 5:45 pm

Investment – $20 pre registration, $25 at the door

“I’m grateful for Diana Vitantonio, every day. The 10 days I spent with dianavitantonio were one part exorcism, one part enlightenment. She is pretty much the most powerful person on the planet (no coincidence Wonder Woman’s name is also Diana). Thank you, Diana, for daring me to stay in the fire, to cry out loud in front of 20 people for five days over everything I’d refused to cry about for the previous 36 years, for always being forthright and 100% honest, yet welcoming and warm, for helping me build a ladder and lighting a fire under me to climb out of three years’ postpartum depression and for teaching me that neither #yoga nor life is about the pursuit of someone else’s definition of perfection. I appreciate your energy and, oh, that laugh. Thank you for changing my life, Diana.”
– Gina Prodan – TT graduate 2017

“Teacher training 2016 was probably one of the most important things I ever done for myself. Life as I knew it had been turned upside down due to a divorce. I did not know who I was, I felt so alone. This training and the wonderful people that surrounded me helped me heal. They cheered me on as I began a new journey of a new life. Diana taught me how to live big and breathless. This journey is going to be the best part of my life. I learned to look inside, trust, be vulnerable. Being vulnerable is scary! I learned what sisterhood really is. I am strong, I am ok, I am not alone. My life did change that summer, It changed for the better. “
– Rhonda Schuler – TT graduate 2016

“Diana Vitanotonio is a magical being. Her spirit embodies all that she does; she’s not a yogi playing a role, she’s yoga personified. This program is a game changer. Diana’s teacher training changed my life. In addition to guiding us to be proficient yoga instructors, Diana led us on a journey to look within in order to achieve personal growth. Part of her genius was having us write, often after meditation. I reconnected with a part of me that has been dormant for years, and I’m writing again. I’m a different person than the one who arrived at TT in November, and I’m proud to say Diana is the reason for my personal evolution.”
– Christine Papageorge – TT graduate 2019

Creating Space for a Life You Love: Yoga’s 5 Yamas w/Kailey Herron

Have you ever noticed how hard change is? One of the first obstacles to change is a lack of space. When life is crowded at every juncture – racing thoughts, jam-packed schedules, bodies that are physically exhausted, stressed and burdened by the hectic lives we lead – it’s nearly impossible to move towards what we desire. The system of yoga knows this dilemma is the first challenge many of us face. Step one on the Eight Limb Path, known as the Yamas, invites us to bring purposeful restraint to our energy and in doing so, open up space in our life for change. In the 5 week workshop we will focus each week on a different Yama. We’ll study the theory behind each of them based on their introduction in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and we’ll discuss why and how they apply to us. This workshop is for anyone wanting to develop a broader understanding of yoga philosophy and how it guides the approach to asana as well as life off the mat.
Sundays – 9/8, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 & 10/13
2:30 – 3:30 pm
Investment – $89/series or $20/drop in
