TESTIMONIALS:
“I’m grateful for Diana Vitantonio, every day. The 10 days I spent with dianavitantonio were one part exorcism, one part enlightenment. She is pretty much the most powerful person on the planet (no coincidence Wonder Woman’s name is also Diana). Thank you, Diana, for daring me to stay in the fire, to cry out loud in front of 20 people for five days over everything I’d refused to cry about for the previous 36 years, for always being forthright and 100% honest, yet welcoming and warm, for helping me build a ladder and lighting a fire under me to climb out of three years’ postpartum depression and for teaching me that neither #yoga nor life is about the pursuit of someone else’s definition of perfection. I appreciate your energy and, oh, that laugh. Thank you for changing my life, Diana.”
– Gina Prodan, teacher training grad 2017
“Teacher training 2016 was probably one of the most important things I ever done for myself. Life as I knew it had been turned upside down due to a divorce. I did not know who I was, I felt so alone. This training and the wonderful people that surrounded me helped me heal. They cheered me on as I began a new journey of a new life. Diana taught me how to live big and breathless. This journey is going to be the best part of my life. I learned to look inside, trust, be vulnerable. Being vulnerable is scary! I learned what sisterhood really is. I am strong, I am ok, I am not alone. My life did change that summer, It changed for the better. “
Rhonda Schuler TT graduate 2016
“Diana Vitanotonio is a magical being. Her spirit embodies all that she does; she’s not a yogi playing a role, she’s yoga personified. This program is a game changer. Diana’s teacher training changed my life. In addition to guiding us to be proficient yoga instructors, Diana led us on a journey to look within in order to achieve personal growth. Part of her genius was having us write, often after meditation. I reconnected with a part of me that has been dormant for years, and I’m writing again. I’m a different person than the one who arrived at TT in November, and I’m proud to say Diana is the reason for my personal evolution.” Christine Papageorge -TT graduate 2019

Ashtanga Yoga is divided into six distinct series. In this, the Primary Series, we explore the grounding postures which will begin to purify the body, strengthen the core, dramatically increase mobility in the hips and knees, and open the shoulders and hamstrings. We will also learn how to breathe efficiently to generate internal heat and bring calm to our minds.
The Primary Series is framed by the familiar Sun Salutations, standing postures and twists, and a calming, restorative closing sequence. Hands-on assistance, adjustments and modifications are an integral part of Ashtanga, and no previous experience is required. Recommended for all students with a regular Power Vinyasa practice.
Sundays, noon – 1:30 pm
Regular class rates apply.
Deeply Rooted Holy Yoga is for everyone. Come meditate, breathe, worship and move through an abundantly grace-filled class.
Holy Yoga creates an environment to connect more intimately with God through a beautiful practice of breath and movement to contemporary and Christian music. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion, it is not. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer, fasting and meditation. Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith.
Thursdays from 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Donation based
In this workshop you will learn the alignment of the basic poses of the practice and discover how to connect your breath with your movements so you can begin to “flow”. This interactive workshop has Q&A and hands-on instructor demonstrations for a better understanding of each pose and modifications for the body. If you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner this workshop will take your practice to a whole new level.
The 2nd Sunday of every month from 4:00 – 6:00 pm
This is a FREE workshop
